Free Discovery Call/Zoom
We begin with a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. You’ll share what’s going on, what you’re hoping to change, and I’ll explain how I can support you. This is a chance for us to connect and see if this work feels like the right fit. This is a respectful conversation to give you all the information you need to make a good decision - either a definite yes or a definite no. We also need to see if we resonate with each other. Are you able to be open and honest? Are you comfortable after hearing how this works and talking with me? These are things we will talk about in a safe setting first. Anything you share with me in this conversation is 100% confidential and will not be shared.
One-on-One Deep Session
We’ll meet for a 90–120 minute session, where I gently guide you into a deeply relaxed, focused state — similar to meditation. From this space, we can access the deeper part of your mind where old beliefs, emotional patterns, and root causes live. This is where we can address the issue you need to resolve and find the old beliefs and also where they originated from.
You’ll remain fully aware and in control the entire time, as we explore the experiences and stories that may be shaping your current reality.
Personalized Recording
After the session, I create a custom audio recording for you to listen to daily for 21–30 days. This is where the transformation deepens — as new, empowering beliefs begin to take root. Listening consistently helps reinforce the positive changes we initiated during your session, creating lasting results at a subconscious level.

Follow-Up Support
You won’t be doing this alone. I check in with you regularly throughout the process, and we’ll have a follow-up call to track your progress, celebrate shifts, and make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
