Hello! I’m Brenda from Ohio.
I had RTT sessions with Amy J Walston to deal with a couple of issues: the need to eat healthy due to diabetes, wanting to be overall healthy both physically and mentally, wanting to stop procrastinating and get things done. Through the sessions, I learned so much about myself, the how and why I had become an over-eater, using food (especially ice cream) as a comforter; why I was a procrastinator. I had been dealing with these issues all of my life and kept beating myself up over not being disciplined enough to overcome them.
With the RTT therapy through Amy, I have become more self confident. I find so much joy in everyday things. I find myself eating better with smaller portions without even thinking about it. I no longer have ice cream cravings which was my “drug of choice” when stressed. I have started being more active with walking my dog daily and we both love it. As a side effect of the RTT therapy, I have lost approximately 10 pounds over 2 months.
Amy, through RTT therapy, helped with my healing from a total hip replacement. Within 5 days after surgery, I no longer needed the narcotic pain medicine. After 2 weeks, I was walking with the assistance of only a cane. At 3 weeks, the pain was minimal, and I felt great. Now at 2 months, I am completely pain-free, and the incision is totally healed.
Between both specific RTT therapies, I feel better about who I am. My physical and mental state is amazingly wonderful. I feel like a new person. I love myself, and I am looking forward to what the future will bring.

Time Management, Organization

After my session with Amy for poor time management, I noticed a promising and positive change in my behaviour in the immediate days that followed. I don’t feel the need to do everything before leaving the house or going away on holiday.
I make sensible choices about what I can reasonably do in the time that I have available rather than trying to do it all - and stress myself out.
I’ve also noticed that I’m asking for help from my family - delegating chores, showing them how to do stuff, inviting them to get involved so it’s not all on me all of the time. It’s important that I make space for myself, to fill my own cup.
I absolutely love the audio from Amy and have listened to it since - whenever I need a boost because it makes me feel so great. You deliver it with such energy that I feel I’m in the audience of a Ted Talk. Thank you.

New Career Goals

I had RTT sessions with Amy J Walston to overcome/to deal with feeling like I could not connect to other women especially in professional settings and trouble connecting.
Amy was amazing during my session! She was incredibly supportive and compassionate as I processed what came up. She truly felt like a dear friend and amazing cheerleader.
As a result of my session I now feel at ease connecting with other women and forming friendships. I feel comfortable and confident being seen and heard in professional settings and beyond.
My life has so much,I have been able to set new career goals that were previously limited by my feeling of discomfort and disconnection and I have made many new sisters as I’ve opened up and been able to share my authentic self.
